This privacy policy explains which personal data this website collects, why we collect it and what your rights are. We collect as little data as possible.

2. What data we collect and why

We only collect personal data that you send us yourself through one of the two forms on this website.

Contact form. When you send a message, we receive your name, your email address, your phone number (optional) and your message. We use this data to answer your question.

Download form for estate agents. When you request the sales information, we receive your name, the name of your agency, your email address and your phone number (optional). We use this data to send you the sales information about La Vista Algorfa and to contact you about it.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

  • Your consent, which you give when you send a form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect the processing that took place before you withdrew it.
  • Steps that you ask us to take before a possible contract, for example information about an apartment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • For the technical data in sections 5 and 6: our legitimate interest in a secure website without spam (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. How we receive and keep your data

The website sends the content of the form by email to La Vista Real Estate. The website itself does not store your data in a database.

We keep your data only as long as we need it to handle your request. If you become a client, we keep the data that the law requires us to keep, for the period that the law sets (for example for tax purposes).

5. Hosting on Cloudflare

This website is hosted on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., United States). To deliver the pages and to protect the website against attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, your browser type and the time of your visit. We do not use this data to identify you.

6. Spam protection with Cloudflare Turnstile

The forms are protected against spam with Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile checks whether a form is sent by a person or by a bot. For this check, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and information about your browser. This data is used only to detect bots.

7. Video and map

The project video is hosted on our own servers at Cloudflare and loads only after your click. No other party receives your data for it. The map comes from Google Maps. In Europe, this service is provided by Google Ireland Limited. The map does not load when you open the page. It loads only after you click on it. From that moment, Google Maps receives data such as your IP address and can set cookies. Google’s own privacy policy then applies: policies.google.com/privacy.

The WhatsApp button is a plain link. Nothing from WhatsApp loads on this website. When you click it, WhatsApp opens with a prefilled message to our sales contact. If you send it, WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited) processes your phone number and message under its own privacy policy: whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy-eea.

8. Who receives your data

Your data is received by La Vista Real Estate and by the service providers that we need to run this website and our email: Cloudflare (hosting and spam protection) and our email provider. These providers process the data only on our instructions. Google Maps receives data only after your click (see section 7).

Some providers can process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the transfer uses the safeguards that the GDPR requires, such as the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.

9. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access: ask which personal data we have about you;
  • rectification: ask us to correct your data;
  • erasure: ask us to delete your data;
  • objection: object to the use of your data;
  • restriction: ask us to limit the use of your data;
  • portability: receive the data that you gave us in a common format, or have it sent to another organisation;
  • withdraw your consent at any time.

Send your request to info@dutchspaininvest.es. We answer within one month. We can ask you to confirm your identity.

10. Complaints

If you do not agree with how we handle your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD): www.aepd.es.

11. Children

This website is not intended for persons under 16 years of age.

12. Changes to this policy

We can change this privacy policy when the law or our website changes. The date of the latest version is shown on this page.
